Service Advisor Automotive
Responsibilities:
As a service advisor, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, advising customers on needed services and coordinating work in our workshop. You play an essential role in building customer relationships and ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Welcoming customers and ensuring a friendly and professional welcome.
- Listen to customers' needs and advise on needed services and repairs.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate work in the workshop.
- Ensure accurate administration of customer records and work activities.
- Handle billing and payments according to company guidelines.
