This is what you will do:

As a planner/work planner, you will be responsible for developing project planning and monitoring internal production and assembly.

Anticipate changing project schedules;
Directing employees;
Optimizing work processes;
Scheduling assembly appointments;
Inform clients of the status of their project.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced and motivated planner/work planner.

You are in possession of an MBO and/or HBO degree;
You have demonstrated experience in a similar position;
You are stress resistant and analytically strong;
You are very strong communicator;
Command of the Dutch, German and English languages;
You are in possession of driver's license B.

This is what you will do:

As a work planner, you will be responsible for preparing large and small projects.

Prepare a variety of projects and take responsibility for them;
Planning the projects;
Getting younger colleagues excited by bringing them into your work and training them further;
Liaise with subcontractors, clients and suppliers;
Ensuring a satisfied customer.

Who are you?

We are looking for an involved and motivated contractor. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You are in possession of an MBO and/or HBO degree;
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and industry;
You have knowledge of AutoCad and can get a good idea of the construction site and project from drawings;
You have a great sense of responsibility and are a true team player;
Furthermore, you have knowledge and understanding of legal requirements and building code;
You are in possession of driver's license B.

This is what you will do:

As a work planner/draughtsman, you will be responsible for all project preparation work up to the proper completion of a project. The projects are complete private home renovations and additions.

Quote, calculate and work out projects;
Reviewing draft designs;
Creation of final working drawings;
Communication with suppliers, project managers and subcontractors;
Preparation of schedules;
In addition, you will be responsible for part of the purchasing.

Who are you?

We are looking for a motivated work planner/drafter. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

Completed (construction) technical education MBO level 4;
Experience in construction is a must;
You can work perfectly with AutoCad;
Furthermore, you work accurately and qualitatively;
You possess driving license B, BE is an advantage.
