Do you pay per week or per 4 weeks?
It is possible to get paid both weekly and 4-weekly.
When do I get paid?
After your work week is over, you get paid the following week on Thursday. Due to outages or foreign banks, sometimes the payment may not show up until Friday.
What pension will I receive?
BPF construction pension for skilled workers in the CLA construction and Infra. Stipp pension for all other CLAs.
Do I accrue ADV days?
ADV days are accrued according to your collective bargaining agreement. You have the option of saving ADV or having it paid out each week along with your salary.
Am I getting old dick days?
If you are covered by the Construction and Infra Collective Labor Agreement and have reached a certain age you are entitled to additional ADV days.
When are self-employed workers paid?
ZZP'ers are paid 14 days after the invoice is sent. We pay ZZP'ers on Fridays.
Can I reach someone from your employment agency after 5 p.m.?
For urgent matters, we can always be reached by phone or WhatsApp. Please note that responding may be a little slower than usual.
How should I send in my timesheet?
This can be done by sending a picture via whatsApp to your interviewer or via email to info@www.bt-uitzendbureau.nl.
When can I get a contract with my client?
After 2080 hours worked, a client can take you over free of charge. Sometimes arrangements are made that allow it to happen earlier.
I am sick to whom should I call in sick?
Always report sick to your Intercendent and to the client. If sick reports are not passed on to the intercendent it cannot be processed. Always report sick the same day.
When will I receive my vacation pay?
In the month of June.
Where can I find my pay stubs and annual statements?
BT Uitzendbureau works with the hours portal of E UUR. Each employee gets his own portal in this software system with his own password. This contains all the documents you need, think of contract, pay slips, annual statement etc. E-hours can be reached through our website by clicking on 'e-hours' in the upper right corner.
Will I receive holiday pay?
Yes! We look at your average hours worked the previous weeks before. For example, if the holiday falls on a Wednesday, we look at how many hours on average are worked on the Wednesday.
Can I get steady?
Sure! 81% of our employees get a contract with our client after 1.5 years.
Can I take a training or course through BT employment agency?
Yes you can! Contact your intermediary for all possibilities.
