Electrical Engineering Calculator

As an estimator, you will be responsible for budgeting costs correctly for various projects.

Prepare quotations based on drawings or your own recordings;
If the customer has questions about the quotation, you are ready to answer them;
You request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors;
You go to the project site to see how extensive the project is in terms of estimating;
You prepare appropriate budgets and submit bids on time.

We are looking for an experienced estimator. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You hold an MBO or HBO degree in electrical engineering and have work experience in the sector;
You speak and write perfect Dutch;
You are motivated to keep developing yourself and work accurately;
Knowledge of Autocad and the Syntess program is a plus;
You have a driver's license B.

As a cost engineer/calculator, you will be responsible for creating a realistic and cost-effective plan.

You create a basic design with associated budgeting;
You prepare risk analyses;
You compare the prices of different suppliers to finally arrive at the right supplier choice;
You will prepare cost budgets;
You monitor the quotation schedule;
You work with key figures but you are also familiar with alternative ways of determining costs.

We are looking for a motivated cost engineer/calculator. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You hold a technical mechanical engineering MBO and/or HBO degree;
You have several years of experience in a similar position in an installation company;
Preferably you have knowledge of Navision;
You have strong communication skills;
Furthermore, you are stress resistant, eager to learn and creative;
You are in possession of driver's license B.

As a construction cost expert, you will be responsible for making valuable contributions to a feasible plan and cost schedule.

We are looking for a motivated construction cost expert. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You hold a college degree in a construction field and have 5 years of relevant experience;
You are aware of market and price developments;
You dare to ask critical questions and are not afraid of feedback;
You possess creativity to always arrive at winning plans;
Furthermore, you have an affinity with BIM and Solibri;
You are in possession of driver's license B.

As a calculator, you will be responsible for determining the cost price to creating a detailed working budget.

Quote, calculate and work out projects;
You will draw up the overall construction site costs and help think through alternatives and optimizations;
You see through construction methods and cost implications;
You ensure that the parent budget remains current;
Furthermore, you prepare and monitor risk analyses.

We are looking for a motivated Calculator. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You hold a college degree in a construction field and have 3 years of relevant experience;
You are aware of market and price developments;
You dare to ask critical questions and are not afraid of feedback;
You are up to date with new developments in automation;
Furthermore, you have an affinity with BIM and Solibri;
You are in possession of driver's license B.
