Carpenter / Assistant foreman

As an assistant superintendent, you will support the superintendent in various tasks and responsibilities.

Directing colleagues on the construction site;
Checking the quality of work;
You will verify that work is done according to safety and quality standards;
Monitor the progress of the project;
You will coordinate technical details with the work planner and project manager.

We are looking for someone who has several years of experience in construction as a carpenter and is ready for the next step:

You have MBO working and thinking level;
You have a firm footing and know how to motivate colleagues;
You know your way around, have good organizational skills and a keen eye for quality;
You are in possession of a driver's license B.

As a contractor, you will be responsible for the proper execution of various projects.

Ensure adequate execution so that everything can be realized according to the requirements;
Independently execute the projects;
Together with the project manager, you will monitor progress, costs incurred and hours spent for each project;
Monitor project progress, costs incurred and hours spent;
Liaise with subcontractors, clients and suppliers;
Ensuring a satisfied customer.

We are looking for an involved and motivated contractor. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You are in possession of an MBO degree;
You have good knowledge of construction;
You are a true organizer, enjoy working together and have excellent communication skills;
You have knowledge of energy labeling;
Furthermore, you have knowledge and understanding of legal requirements and building code;
You have affinity with systems for making calculations, drawings, plans and reading drawings;
You are in possession of driver's license B.
