Project manager

As a renovation & transformation project manager, you and your team will ensure that each project is completed successfully.

You think with the client about how to address technical and societal challenges;
You are a liaison and point of contact both internally and externally;
You monitor the progress and quality of the project;
In addition to your coordinating duties, you are also substantively involved in acquiring new assignments;
You will stay abreast of new construction methodologies and developments within the industry;
You always focus on improvements and perfect customer satisfaction.

We are looking for an ambitious project manager who puts customer satisfaction and improvement first.

As a project manager you are responsible for the smooth running of your projects, together with your team you ensure perfect customer satisfaction.

Develop plans and scenarios for sustainability and renovations in consultation with the client;
Devise an efficient and effective plan that achieves the goals;
Creation of final working drawings;
Monitor project progress, costs incurred and hours spent;
Liaise with subcontractors, clients and suppliers;
Ensuring perfect customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a motivated project manager. Furthermore, you meet the following requirements:

You hold a college degree in the direction of construction;
You have architectural understanding and can form a good picture of the construction site from construction drawings ;
You are a true organizer, enjoy working together and have excellent communication skills;
You have knowledge of energy labeling;
Furthermore, you have knowledge and understanding of legal requirements and building code;
You are in possession of driver's license B.
