All-round business process coordinator

This is what you will do:

As an all-round coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating various business processes and contribute to the growth and optimization of the company.

  • In marketing, you will develop effective strategies, manage social media channels and create engaging content for LinkedIn and the newsletter;
  • In the legal field, you handle issues, draft and review contracts and advise management on legal issues;
  • In the area of IT, you will support users and IT infrastructure, coordinate IT projects and advise on improvements and innovations;
  • In the area of procurement, you will manage the purchasing process and liaise with suppliers on cost and ensure a cost-saving purchasing strategy;
  • Furthermore, you will ensure the implementation of the KAM policy, coordinate internal audits and inspections and ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Who are you?

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee with expertise in Marketing & Communications, Legal, Procurement, IT, and KAM.

  • You hold a college degree in a relevant field;
  • You have experience in the above areas of focus;
  • You are very strong communicator;
  • You take an analytical and solution-oriented approach;
  • You have experience with business processes and know how to work efficiently;
  • You are in possession of driver's license B.
