Customer service representative kitchens

This is what you will do:

  • You will be responsible for all communication via email and phone;
  •  You speak to customers, offer help and give the best advice;
  • You do administrative work;
  • Advise on kitchen repairs, modifications or warranties.

Who are you?

  • Flexible attitude;
  • MBO work + thinking level;

  • You are fluent in both Dutch and German language in word and writing.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience as an account manager/intermediary within a staffing or secondment organization;
  • Independently able to recruit employees and customers;
  • Own vision of the staffing industry;
  • Motivated, enthusiastic and reliable;
  • Proficient in the English language. German is an advantage;
  • Driver's license B. Own transportation is an advantage;

What will you do?

  • Recruiting, interviewing and deploying Dutch as well as foreign employees;
  • Maintaining existing and seeking new customers;
  • Consult with colleagues on new ways to improve our services;
  • Administrative work.
